Atomy Compensation Plan Changes
Atomy has one of the simplest compensation plans I’ve ever seen a Network Marketing company have. Now it has been made a little easier and gives people a few more options to advance.
Multi-Matching bonus will be discontinued
As of January 1st, 2016 the Multi-Matching bonus will be discontinued. This actually was more confusing than it was worth and I’m glad to see it go. In fact we never talked about it or promoted it for the 18 months we’ve been with Atomy.
The rest of the changes went into effect October 1st, 2015.
New options for advancement
Before you could only advance based on your accumulated personal purchases. Now you can move up from the previous rank depending on your volume from the previous month on your smaller leg.
For example to be an Agent you either accumulate 300,000 Personal PV on your member id or if your smaller leg had 600,000 PV or more for the previous month.
This is really nice because say you are just buying products for your personal use and sharing Atomy with others. You could be at say 200,000 personal PV but you have been sharing Atomy and your smaller leg brought in over 600,000 PV the previous month then you would be an Agent making about $70 each time you had 300,000 PV on each leg without having to personally buy up to 300,000 PV.
I can see where this is going to help us when we are going to be Diamond Master. Right now we have 700,000 Personal PV so to be a Diamond Master we would need another 800,000 PV and be a Dealer but now our weaker leg just needs to have been 3m PV the previous month which we already are doing. So this would save us from having to spend $1,272 + tax in buying products just to make it to Dealer status.
New options for Sales Master
To be a Sales Master you need to be a Special Agent and have at least 2.5m PV on both sides from the 1st to the 15th of the month or 16th to the end of the month.
You can now purchase under your member id and it would count on the leg that needs the points as long as the leg has at least 300,000 PV. So for example say you have 400,000 Personal PV and within that 2 week period one leg has accumulated 3m PV and your other leg had just 2.2m PV. You could purchase 300,000 Personal PV of product on your membership id making yourself a Special Agent with 700,000 Personal PV and it would count for the leg with 2.2 m PV making it as if it had 2.5m PV.
Advancing to Diamond Master
In order to advance to Diamond Master the requirement is that you have qualified for Sales Master in any 3 previous periods.
